For those who like to solve the mystery before the end of the book, you might be surprised at what happens. I really enjoyed the characters, especially Ida Belle and Gertie, two of Sinful's meddlesome older residents. Fortune assumes the small bayou town will be boring and drama-free, but she quickly finds out that the town and its residents are not what they seem. If you like a big dose of humor in your mystery books, you will enjoy "Louisiana Longshot."
